Keeping up with food trends is ingrained in our DNA at Mattson. One of the ways we often kick off a project is by leading a team of client participants on a Food Trends Tour.

While we have conducted these tours in various locations around the country, we believe that our own San Francisco Bay Area backyard is often the best place to start. With its myriad ethnic and cutting-edge restaurants, the Bay Area is a ripe place to experience the trends firsthand. From Napa and Sonoma wine country to San Francisco’s Ferry Building Marketplace and ethnic neighborhoods to Berkeley’s pioneering restaurants and purveyors, the Bay Area is where American food trends start.
