Our Resources: Consumer Research Facility

While the vast majority of our clients have moved their consumer and foodservice operator research online utilizing our FeedBack CGP process, there are instances where a traditional technique is necessary.

Our Bay Area offices include a focus group and central location taste test (CLT) facility that’s wired for audio and video.  It has easy access to a food preparation area and the Mattson development lab.  This allows us to conduct traditional consumer research quickly and inexpensively for our clients. Our database of over 6,000 area consumers enables us to recruit for virtually any consumer segment.
